EDITOR'S NOTE

This edition of the Florida A & M University Law Review is entitled The Rule of Law and the Obama Administration. We are particularly excited about this edition as it addresses issues on legislative challenges and policy decisions made during President Obama's Administration. The notes and articles in this journal contemplate the legality and effect of some of President Obama's domestic and foreign policies and we hope that it will spark discussion and provide a platform for dialogue. I would like to give a sincere thank you to the Editorial Board, Law Review Editorial Staff and our Academic Advisor. This has been a challenging and dynamic year for the Law Review and it has been a rewarding experience and true pleasure to serve as Editor-in-Chief.
